Chord ProTrainer ("the App") is a music theory training application designed to help musicians learn and practice chord relationships using the Circle of Fifths. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Chord ProTrainer does not collect any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information to use it.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults):

• Your training progress and session history
• Statistics and star counts per musical key
• App preferences and settings (such as display options, sound, and haptic feedback settings)
• Daily training goals and progress

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, and we have no access to it.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, or any other contact information
• Your location
• Your microphone or camera
• Your contacts, photos, or any other files
• Health or fitness data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

5. Network Activity

Chord ProTrainer is a fully offline app. It makes no network requests and does not communicate with any external servers, APIs, or third-party services.

6. Third-Party Services and Analytics

The App uses no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. We do not use services such as Firebase, Amplitude, Adjust, or any similar platform.

7. In-App Purchases and Accounts

Chord ProTrainer does not offer in-app purchases and does not require or support user accounts.

8. Children's Privacy

Because Chord ProTrainer does not collect any personal information from anyone, it is safe for users of all ages. The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

9. iCloud and Data Backup

Chord ProTrainer does not use iCloud or CloudKit. Your locally stored progress may be included in your device's standard iTunes/Finder or iCloud device backup managed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles device backups.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
